- VideoKits continues to own all downloadable content and grants you permission to a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the downloadable content in any project and as many times as you wish.
- You do not have permission to sell or distribute for free any of the content you download from VideoKits. You may not make available any of the downloaded content on any online site, or disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or decode the downloaded content for any reason whatsoever. If you provide a client with any of the downloaded content as part of your work, the client may not reuse the downloaded content for any purposes other than a review of your work product without purchasing a separate licenses.
- VideoKits retain all rights to it’s downloadable content. Such rights are protected by International Copyright laws. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement.
- Under no circumstances will VideoKits be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including the user of or inability to use the downloaded content).
